Do you matter?

Stumbled across this at the bookstore at JFK the other day waiting for a flight and picked it up. The authors build a strong case for the role of design in driving brand loyalty. Its an easy read, not too jargon-y. A lot of examples (sometimes too many.) They dissect familiar successes and failures and illustrate lessons to learned from both. A good read for both designers and business folks.
